LENS provides read-only token research and descriptive market information. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet, trading bot, fiduciary, or financial adviser. Information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong.
An active LENS Pro membership and a compatible personal GMGN API plan are required. Whop processes payment, renewals, cancellation, and membership access. You are responsible for keeping your licence and GMGN credentials confidential.
If LENS cannot be activated or materially fails to provide the purchased service because of a verified LENS defect, contact support within seven days of purchase for review and an eligible refund. Change-of-mind requests after successful activation are handled case by case. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Do not share or resell a licence, automate abusive request volumes, bypass access controls, probe other customers' data, or use LENS unlawfully. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service.
Memecoins can lose all value and may be manipulated. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, position size, custody, taxes, and compliance with local law.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LENS is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
